CVS Pharmacy has entered into an agreement to lease 1.8 acres at 44 West Boylston St. in Worcester, with construction slated to begin on a new store that will open next Spring, according to Glickman, Kovago and Co., which represented the Rhode Island-based pharmacy chain.
The land will be leased from the EJR Real Estate Trust of Worcester.
CVS Caremark operates more than 6,200 locations nationwide.
