The company was founded by CEO Rob Cleary while he was a senior at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts. What began as residential computer repair for a small group of local clients quickly expanded as businesses sought more dependable, structured IT support. By 2005, ClearCom IT introduced proactive service plans and began moving away from one-off repair work. Over time, the company made the deliberate decision to exit residential services entirely, focusing exclusively on supporting business clients.

That progression defines how we operate today. We are not a break-fix provider. We work with businesses that are ready to move beyond reactive IT; organizations that are frustrated by slow response times, recurring disruptions, and limited visibility into their systems. Our role is to bring structure, accountability, and forward-looking strategy to how technology is managed.
