Marlboro-based Lightbridge Inc. has changed its name to Authorize.Net Holdings Inc., and will now operate as an online payment processing company.
Robert Donahue, the company’s president and CEO, said a focus on payment processing “will generate attractive returns to our shareholders in the future.”
The company, which until now also developed and marketed payment transaction and telecommunications software, reported $16.3 million in first quarter 2007 revenue, up 21 percent from the same period a year ago.
