Redgate, a Boston-based real estate investment firm, purchased a 107,452-square-foot warehouse in Ayer for $14.75 million.
The firm purchased the property at 11 Westford Road in a deal finalized on Friday, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. Redgate bought the site from The Lexvest Group, a real estate firm based in Maynard.
The multi-tenant warehouse contains 95,245 square feet of industrial space and 12,207 square feet of office space. Tenants at the site include Devens-based energy tech firm Commonwealth Fusion Systems, which occupies about 60% of the available space, according to real estate data firm CoStar.
