Anna Chagnon, CEO and president of Marlborough software company Bitstream Inc., has resigned.
Bitstream announced in a statement that Chagnon resigned both as head of the company and as a director. It did not give a reason for her departure, but said Board Chairman Amos Kaminski will be taking over as executive chairman and interim CEO.
Chagnon had served as CEO of Bitstream since 2003 and as president since 2000 and had previously held other executive positions at the company, according to Bitstream’s website.
