Biotechnology company Valeritas LLC has leased 46,350 square feet of office and lab space at 800 Turnpike Road in Shrewsbury, and is moving its offices there from Westborough.
According to brokers Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Valeritas is the only tenant in the building, which has 33,650 square feet vacant.
Valeritas develops drug delivery systems for diabetes treatment.
Taming of the Shrewsbury LLC, an entity of VinCo Properties, owns the building.
