Ashland investor buys Marlborough plaza for $4M

The Longfellow Plaza in Marlborough is under new ownership, following a $4-million sale.

Ashland-based real estate investor Hitesh Aurora purchased the plaza located at 449-451 Boston Post Road East in a deal finalized Monday, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. 

The property was purchased from Longfellow Plaza LLC, a Marlborough-based entity managed by James and Judith Winske.

Aurora focuses his investments on retail properties, especially smaller strip malls, along with some multifamily assets, according to a 2023 interview with India New England News. He owns a small retail building at 158 Union Ave. in Framingham, according to registry records. 

Constructed in 1982, Longfellow Plaza contains a mix of retail and office space, totaling 30,394 square feet, according to CoStar.

Tenants at the plaza include Longfellow Plaza Laundry, CP Tax Services, and a branch of Lawrence-based BrightBridge Credit Union, according to Google Maps.

The 2.8-acre plaza comprises two parcels, which received a combined 2026 assessment of $3.6 million, according to City of Marlborough property records.
