Fitchburg-based Arrhythmia Research Technology Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Micron Products Inc. reported second quarter net income of $446,000 on revenue of $5.4 million.
For the second quarter of 2006, the company reported $4.6 million in revenue and net income of $577,000.
The company, which makes sensors and other components for medical devices, said that while net income for the quarter was down compared to last year, it was “up significantly” from the first quarter as the result of “cost control strategies.”
