A Hudson-based firm has purchased the site of a 34-unit apartment building for $10.73 million, three years after the property was sold for $7.8 million.
The site at 799 Farm Road was sold on May 1 to a Hudson-based corporation managed by David and Simony Allen, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records.Â
The Allens are co-founders of AA Management Services, a family-owned cleaning services company in Hudson, according to the company’s website.
The Allens purchased the site at 799 Farm Road from Franklin-based landlord Bechara Fren, who purchased the site for $7.8 million in 2023. The site was remodeled in 2024, according to City of Marlborough property records.Â
Constructed in 1980, the singular three-story building features 12 studio apartments, 18 one-bedroom apartments, and four two-bedroom apartments, according to real estate data firm CoStar.Â
The Allens’ purchase of the property was supported with a $7.51-million mortgage from Hudson-based Avidia Bank, according to registry records.
Joel Aho from Marlborough-based Aho Properties represented the buyer and sourced the transaction off market, according to Aho.
The building sits on a narrow, roughly 1.1-acre plot of land off Farm Road, near its intersection with Route 20. The property received a 2026 assessment of $5.07 million, according to municipal property records. Â
