Shrewsbury-based Elevation Exhibits, an exhibit design firm, has acquired INOEE Exhibits, an exhibit designer and project manager.
The acquisition gives Elevation the opportunity to manage exhibits in shopping malls and in the consumer electronics market, the company said.
The company said the merger would allow for greater in-house design capabilities.
The two companies have worked together in the past.
