Raytheon Co.‘s Marlborough operations have been awarded a U.S. Navy installment contract for satellite communications terminals.
Raytheon will be responsible for $27 million of the $38 million project, which supports the government’s space and naval warfare systems.
Under the contract, Raytheon will deliver nine terminals to the Navy. The terminals are a vital part of the Navy’s satellite communications system, the company said.
