The Worcester County Bar Association has elected attorney Padraic Rafferty as its new president-elect.

The deal allows Connexion to expand on Randolph’s ability to place candidates with security clearances.

Located at 1500 West Park Drive, Suite 210, Rubin Rudman’s new location will serve as the base for Lisa Neeley and Amy McIntyre, two attorneys focused on elder law.

The new firm will be known as Peters, Mitrakas & LaForce. The merger did not include any financial exchange.

The company was founded in 2019 and serves Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

Geisel said the transition to the CIO role will allow him to expand the company’s focus on robotics, AI, and advanced computing. 

The move brings the firm’s total number of partners to 52.

RF Investment Partners, a growth capital investor based in New York and focused on lower-middle market businesses, has partnered with Chicago-based private equity firm Prairie Capital to make the investment.

The transaction sees IPS acquire all of BDS’ client relationships and staff, with BDS Consulting Founder Jill Whittredge remaining on the near term to support the transition.
