OPEN SKY COMMUNITY SERVICES has earned a three-year Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities accreditation of its behavioral health programs. CARF accreditation indicates programming has met international benchmarks for quality of care and services. Open Sky received feedback in the accreditation process indicating areas of strength in reduction of stigma and employee recruitment and retention.

SHAWN TOLF

SHAWN TOLF has been named vice president, business service sales representative at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. He will work to provide personalized service to clients in this role, focusing on growth, cash flow, and fraud reduction. Tolf was previously business banking relationship manager at Boston-based Eastern Bank and attended Quinsigamond Community College.

Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates hired a new vice president, DAN MAY. He will provide services to retail and office tenants and landlords. May previously served as a senior transaction manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office.

Dr. CATHERINE BRITTANY BOISVERT

Dr. CATHERINE BRITTANY BOISVERT has joined Milford Regional Physician Group and will see patients in orthopedics and sports medicine. Boisvert, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, worked previously at Emerson Health Orthopedics in Littleton. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Wellesley College and her medical degree from UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester, and completed a sports medicine fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

NEIL GORDON, CEO of Discovery Museum in Acton, has received a Fred Rogers Institute Helper Award for his commitment to care for children in the community. This is the first year the Pennsylvania-based institute has given the awards.

JOSEPH CECCHI

Framingham State University has hired JOSEPH CECCHI as the new police chief. Cecchi was previously captain and police academy director at Quinsigamond Community College. Cecchi holds a bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University and a master of public administration from Anna Maria College.
