BJ’s Wholesale Club joins a growing list of now eight Central Massachusetts retailers to partner with online grocery delivery service Instacart.
The Westborough-based wholesale members-only club announced the partnership with Instacart on Tuesday for cities along the East Coast.
The companies have had a relationship since 2015, but same-day delivery via Instacart wasn't available in Central Massachusetts until now. Same-day delivery via a smartphone app or Instacart’s website will be offered at all BJ’s Clubs by the end of April, according to BJ’s.
There are six BJ’s locations in Central Massachusetts, including Auburn, Northborough, Hudson, Leominster, Framingham and Franklin.
BJ’s joins Wegmans, PriceRite, Petco, CVS, Price Chopper, Big Y and Market 32 to offer same-day delivery via Instacart in Central Massachusetts.
