Notaro is on a mission to supercharge the bank's deposit operations by enabling a world-class team with technology and process improvements. He's way too excited about what Excel, SQL, and web development can do for any business. He spent five years democratizing and evangelizing data, integrating it into a single, unified customer relationship management platform. He serves on MWCC's business advisory board and volunteers at Community Healthlink and SHINE Initiative.
He's inspired by his wife Alma, the greatest English teacher ever, and his daughter Audrey, who aspires to be a fish. His dad (also Jim) taught him how to build things, and his mom Lynda taught him to appreciate old movies.
How do you define success? Looking forward to going to work and looking forward to going home.
What will people say at your funeral? He should have hired an electrician.
What movie actor would play you? Tom Hanks. I live a mashup of “The ‘Burbs” and “The Money Pit.”
