Reliant Medical Group is relocating all its Westborough primary and specialty care offices under one roof at the Bay State Commons shopping plaza in town.
The Worcester-based physician group broke ground on the 45,000-square-foot office in mid-June and plans to open the new office early next year, said Michael Masseur, a spokesman for Reliant. Milford-based Consigli Construction Co. is building the office. Linens ‘n Things used to be located in the space, according to Westborough Town Planner Jim Robbins.
The 900 Union St. location, which is near the intersection of Routes 135 and 30, will replace existing locations at 24 Lyman St. and 106 East Main St. The Lyman Street offices houses Southboro Medical Group, which merged with Reliant in 2015.
Bay State Commons is anchored by a Roche Brothers supermarket, and is home to a handful of restaurants, Boston Interiors and Stein Mart.
