Environmental consulting firm bought for $480k

West Boylston firm CEA, Inc. announced earlier this month that it was acquired by Joseph Campisi for $480,000 and will begin doing business under the name Corporate Environmental Advisors.
The environmental consulting firm, which employs 12 people, will be opening a new branch in Colchester, Conn. Campisi said he expents the company to make between $2.2 million and $2.4 million in annual revenue.
Campisi, who has been managing environmental consulting firms for the last 30 years, will act as the new president.
