Cleary founded ClearCom IT while a senior at Nichols College. Cleary grew the business from serving one client with one computer to serving clients nationwide and managing 2,500 computers and mobile devices. His firm achieved a 100-percent customer contract renewal rate for the last 11 years.
Cleary serves on boards of Leicester Business Association and Spencer Exchange Club and as technology advisor for David Prouty High School’s vocational technical program.
By the time I am 50, I would like to have accomplished…raising my two boys to have a positive attitude, be respectful, and have a great work ethic.
What would you like to tell your 10-year-old self? Listen more than you talk, find good mentors, study people that are where you want to be.
I prepare for the unexpected by…understanding there will always be challenges and obstacles. Knowing how to handle the challenges allows me to grow and overcome.
Who is the fictional character you are most like? Michelangelo from “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” because having fun and not being so serious is necessary for success.
