Birthplace: Worcester
Residence: Worcester
High school: Leicester High School
Colleges and degrees earned:
B.A., University of Massachusetts Amherst
Career highlights: I've had incredible professional opportunities at Reliant, including playing a significant role in our rebranding from Fallon Clinic to Reliant in 2011. I'm also proud that I developed the marketing strategy for my husband's small business (on a tiny budget) that has resulted in year-after-year growth and a loyal customer base.
Community involvement: Mentor in Reliant's Pathways Mentoring Program; volunteer, Reliant Foundation; volunteer, Girls Inc. Career Day; participant, Earth Day cleanup.
Ultimate career goal: A fulfilling career that allows me to show my daughter how to be a successful businesswoman.
Non-relative you admire most: Julia Child. The woman started in advertising, worked for a spy agency and was a world-renowned chef and TV personality. She was fascinating and inspiring.
Favorite book: “The Great Gatsby,” by F. Scott Fitzgerald
Hidden talents: I know how to do a few ballroom dances; I practice the tango by making my husband twirl me around in the kitchen.
“If I were to win $1 million in the lottery, I would … travel, invest, save, donate, and buy a couple vacation homes.”
