Research Bureau Moving To Assumption
The Worcester Regional Research Bureau announced a new partnership with Assumption College that will result in the WRRB moving from the Mechanics Hall building on Main Street to the college's campus on Salisbury Street.
The nonprofit, nonpartisan WRRB provides independent public policy research on the Central Massachusetts region.
The two entities will work to create an internship program, determine an agenda for Central Massachusetts public policy research, sponsor lectures and forums and jointly pursue foundation grants.
Roberta Schaefer, president of the WRRB, said in a statement that collaborating with Assumption students and faculty at Assumption "will enable us to broaden the scope of our public policy research and enhance our expertise."
